Welcome to the The World of Empala Wiki

This is the Wiki for the World of Empala- the setting for the play-by-post Dungeons and Dragons campaign world of The Warriors of the Plains.

Within this wiki one can find information about the cultures, personalities, geography, religion and languages of the people who inhabit this fledging world.

The campaign is hosted by DnDOnlineGames and the main gmae forum can be found here. The game uses Dungeons and Dragons 3.5 edition rules and currently has five active players and one dungeon master since its establishment on 28th April 2012.

About Empala

Empala is a word used to describe both the Known World and the goddess of nature within this world. It is inhabited by a plethora of human cultures, mlostly at late paleolithic-neolithic levels of technology. The campaign focuses on an area in the northern hemisphere known as The Plains which is inhabited by a variety of nomadic herding and hunter-gatherer tribes.
